REWARD For Information!!!
Sometime during the late hours of June 21, 2000 or early morning hours
of June 22, 2000; Sherryann Harris was a victim of an unsolved homicide. While she was being murdered, her four young children were upstairs asleep in their
home at 9 Wyllis Street. The bloody and naked body of Harris was found outside her home on the sidewalk by a passing neighbor.
Lt. Curt Stoldt, who is the Public Information Officer for the East Hartford Police Department had this to say about developments in the case.
"We know that there are people out there in the community who have information that could help solve this case. They may not realize how valuable their information is. We ask that they come forward and get that information to investigators. These people may be eligible for the reward and can help bring justice to this incident and a needed sense of closure to survivors."
There is a 30,000 dollar reward for information leading to the capture, arrest and conviction of her killer. East Hartford Police have physical evidence that belongs to a person of interest in this case. Additional information is needed in order to make an arrest in this case.
